Problem
The aim of the pro bono project was to inform the public about the problems connected with employment of persons with autism. With the campaign the Center društvo za avtizem (Center society for autism) and agency Imelda Oglivy wanted to begin discussion about this problem. The goal was also to motivate the employers and organisations in power to employ persons with disabilities of autistic spectrum and give them an opportunity for socially more involved living.

Solution
The basic massage of the campaign, which was developed on the concept of personality expressing trough work, is to stress the fact, that persons with dysfunction of autistic spectrum are able to perform different kinds of work, when they are suitably trained. Prejudices, about the working inabilities of persons with the autism, are also present in today's society. This state usually derives from lock of information about autism. The slogan of the campaign "Help us to create new opportunities", clearly exposes the main message that people with autism need opportunities to prove themselves to the others. Communication channels with different aspects of the key message are connected into a story. Printed add continues the message of the TV add and the whole story is supported with the web page www.priloznosti.si. This web page will make contacting between the persons with autism and their potential employers easier.
